Oceanic Odyssey: Rising Star Trip to Pattaya

A major trip of the year, this is where brand ambassadors from Singapore, Hong Kong and Thailand come together in a setting where it is set to recognise and invest in those we believe have the potential to grow with the organisation. There was various team bonding activities, mixing participants from different countries into diverse teams. This approach not only fostered collaboration but also encouraged cross-cultural connections, enhancing our sense of unity as an organisation.

Not only where there bonding games to foster memories made, there were also workshops held by the performing business owners to pass down knowledge and strategies to grow their business. The valuable information the owners have learnt through their experiences are passed down during the workshops to the brand ambassadors so they are able to expedite their growth.
